It is necessary
- For sour cream sauce:
- sour cream 150 g;
- mayonnaise 100g;
- garlic 1 clove;
- pickled (pickled) cucumber 1 pc;
- fresh dill 1 tbsp
- For the brine sauce:
- cucumber pickle 200 g;
- mayonnaise 150 g;
- ketchup 100 g;
- pickled cucumber 1 pc;
- garlic 1-2 cloves;
- greens (dill, cilantro) in a tablespoon.
- For mushroom sauce:
- any mushrooms 200 g;
- sour cream 150 g;
- flour 1, 5 tablespoons
- garlic 1 clove;
- any greens 1 tbsp.
Instructions
Step 1
Sour cream sauce.
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, finely grated cucumber, crushed garlic clove and herbs.
Step 2
Brine sauce.
Mix brine, mayonnaise, ketchup and grated cucumber. Add crushed garlic and herbs.
Step 3
Mushroom sauce.
Boil the mushrooms by adding a glass of water for 20 minutes.
Grind mushrooms with a blender, pour in 150 g of mushroom broth.
Mix sour cream with flour separately and add to the mushroom mixture.
Season with salt, bring to a boil and cook, stirring until thickened (3 minutes).
Add the crushed garlic clove and herbs.
