Step 1
Clean the pike like any other fish - scrape off the scales, cut off the fins and gills, and gut. Wash with cold water, wipe and rub with spices on the skin and inside the abdomen too. It turns out very tasty with coriander, thyme or rosemary. Be sure to salt and pepper to taste. Then drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 2
