  • - hard cheese 100 g;
  • - vegetable oil.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel and grate the carrots. Peel the onion and chop finely. Fry vegetables in vegetable oil until golden brown. Then add minced meat to them and fry over medium heat for another 5 minutes.

Salt minced meat with onions and carrots, pepper and add tomato paste to them and fry a little more together. Peel the zucchini and grate on a coarse grater. Squeeze out excess juice. Wash the tomatoes and cut into slices. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Step 3

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Spread out half the sautéed minced meat, then half the grated courgette and repeat layers.

Step 4

Mix the egg with sour cream. Pour this mixture over the casserole. Next, lay out the tomato slices. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees until golden brown.
