Napoleon cake is a favorite delicacy of many. But it's not always possible to devote time to cooking it according to the classic recipe. Fortunately, there is one way, thanks to which Napoleon can be made in just half an hour, and it tastes as good as the original. After all, ready-made dough is used as cakes. In advance, you will need to get only boiled condensed milk.
It is necessary
- - puff yeast-free dough - 0.5 kg;
- - chicken eggs - 3 pcs.;
- - butter - 100 g;
- - milk - 250 ml;
- - sugar - 100 g;
- - flour - 2 tsp;
- - boiled condensed milk - 1 can;
- - vanillin - 1 sachet;
- - cake mold.
Instructions
Step 1
First you need to prepare boiled condensed milk. You can buy such condensed milk in a store if you come across a quality product. Or, which is preferable, we will cook condensed milk ourselves. To do this, take a can of condensed milk and remove the label from it. Place the jar in a saucepan and cover with water. During the cooking process, the water can partially boil away. To prevent the can from exploding, the water must cover it to the top with a margin. Bring to a boil and set to the lowest temperature immediately. Boil milk for 2 hours. Cool the finished condensed milk.
Step 2
If your dough has been stored in the freezer, remove it and let it thaw. Prepare your work surface and dust it with flour. Roll out a circle 0.5 cm thick from the dough and cut it into squares with a side size of 3 cm.
Step 3
Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 200 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the squares on it separately from each other. Send the baking sheet to the oven. Bake the products for a few minutes until golden brown.
Step 4
When the squares are browned, remove them from the oven and cool slightly. Put a few pieces aside, and put the rest in a bowl and remember to form pieces.
Step 5
The blank for the base of the cake is ready. Now it's time to get into the cream. Break chicken eggs into a small saucepan or stewpan, add sugar, flour, boiled condensed milk, vanillin, milk and beat with a mixer. Place the saucepan on the stove, bring to a boil and simmer for a minute, until the cream thickens. Add the butter while stirring. The cream is ready. Without cooling, pour it into the bowl to the broken squares and stir.
Step 6
Place in a cake tin and tamp well. After it has cooled down, put it in the refrigerator for a while. After that, remove the cake from the refrigerator and transfer to a platter. Grind a few squares of dough that were left at the very beginning into crumbs and decorate the cake.
