It is necessary
- - 1 kg of apples;
- - 1, 2 kg of sugar;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of soda.

Step 1
Rinse the apples in hot water. Peel and core.

Preparing a soda solution: Dilute one tablespoon in a liter of water.

Cut the apples into wedges and cover with soda solution. Leave on for four hours.

After the time has elapsed, drain the soda solution. Rinse the sliced apple slices well under running water.

Cooking sugar syrup: pour a liter of water into a cooking bowl, bring to a boil and add sugar. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Pour apple slices with hot syrup. Leave on for 10 hours.

After 10 hours, drain the syrup into a cooking bowl and bring to a boil. Then pour over the apples. Leave again for 10 hours.

And for the third time we drain the syrup, bring to a boil and put the apple slices in the syrup.

Cook the jam until tender for 10 minutes. While stirring continuously.
