Filling

When the dough is still infused, and the peas have already absorbed the required amount of moisture, you can start preparing the filling. To do this, you need to boil the peas. To do this, fill it with new water and put it on fire. After boiling, reduce the fire and note the cooking time of the pea porridge: about 45 minutes - 1 hour.

While the peas are boiling, you need to prepare the frying. To this end, you need to take bacon or bacon, cut it into cubes and put on a hot skillet. Next, peel and cut the onion into small pieces. If you want to bake the pies in the oven, then the pies must be dazzled and put all at once on a baking sheet. Before that, you need to turn on the oven and preheat it to 200 ° C.
