    • 1 bell pepper;
    • 1 chilli pepper;
    • 1 carrot;
    • 1 large onion
    • 3 cloves of garlic;

    • 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream;
    • sunflower oil;
    • salt

Step 1

Wash the mushrooms well. Cut large caps into 2-4 parts. Place in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Any forest mushrooms are suitable for this dish - boletus, boletus, boletus, chanterelle, mushrooms and so on.

Place the pot on the stove and bring to a boil. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes. Then remove from heat and drain off water.

Pour some sunflower oil into a deep cast iron skillet. Heat the onion and sauté it.

Fry the rice in oil until golden brown. Fill with water. A glass of rice requires two glasses of water. Season with salt to taste. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Then remove from the stove and let stand for another 10-15 minutes. Do not open the cover under any circumstances. Otherwise, the rice may end up crumbly.
