Lazy dumplings with milk sauce - a unique combination of taste. They turn out to be very delicate and soft. The recipe is very simple and accessible to everyone. Lazy dumplings are a hearty breakfast or dinner and can be served with milk sauce, jam, or yogurt. In any case, both children and adults will appreciate the treat.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of cottage cheese;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 3 tbsp. l. Sahara;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - 100 - 120 g flour in cottage cheese.
Instructions
Step 1
First, let's prepare the milk sauce. Drive 1 egg into an iron cup, put 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of starch. Rub all the ingredients with a spoon until a homogeneous mass is formed. Add milk at room temperature and mix well again, put on a small fire and cook until the sauce thickens, stirring continuously with a spoon. While the sauce is cooling down, let's start making lazy dumplings.
Step 2
Put cottage cheese into a deep container, drive in 2 eggs, salt and sugar. Mix everything thoroughly with a spoon, as if grinding the cottage cheese.
Step 3
Add flour in small portions to the curd mass. We mix. Pour about 3-4 tbsp on the working surface. tablespoons of flour, lay out the curd dough and roll out with clean hands into a thick sausage. When the sausage is formed, press down the curd dough with our palms, transforming the sausage into an oval cake (about 1 cm thick).

We cut the vertical stripes with a knife.

Salt boiling water and add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil to it so that the dumplings do not stick to the bottom and do not stick together. We put lazy dumplings in boiling water and wait for them to float up. After the dumplings have surfaced, cook for another 1 minute.
