Potato spirals are good for a snack and can easily replace chips. In addition, they prepare very quickly and easily.

- 1. Potatoes 350 g
- 2. Egg 1 pc.
- 3. Potato starch 10 g
- 4. Hard cheese 10 g
- 5. Milk 50 g
- 6. Salt, pepper to taste

- For sauce:
- 1. Garlic 1 pc.
- 2. Mayonnaise 3 tbsp.
- 3. Sour cream 3 tbsp.
- 4. Salt, pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Boil potatoes. It is better to digest it a little so that it can warm up well without leaving lumps.
Step 2
Grate the cheese. Mash the potatoes in a separate bowl, add the egg, potato starch, grated cheese, milk, salt and pepper to taste. Mix the mixture well.
Step 3
We put everything in a pastry bag. If this is not the case, you can take a simple plastic bag and make a small incision in it.
Step 4
Preheat the frying pan, pour in the oil. There should be enough oil to prevent the spirals from sticking.
Step 5
Squeeze the potato mixture from a pastry bag into a preheated frying pan and give it a spiral shape. The spirals can be made in any size. One large frying pan should hold about 3 spirals.

Fry on both sides until golden brown.
Step 7
Cooking the sauce. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise in a separate small bowl. Mix well.
Step 8
We clean the garlic. It can be crushed in a garlic press or, if not, crush with the side of a knife and chop finely.
Step 9
Add salt and pepper to taste. We mix. For beauty, you can add a little greenery.
Step 10
Serve the spirals chilled with the sauce.
