Chak-chak is a real oriental sweetness that will appeal to lovers of nuts and honey. The cognac included in this dessert gives it a special aroma and piquancy.
It is necessary
- - 1 glass of flour,
- - 3 eggs;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of walnuts;
- - 1, 5 glasses of vegetable oil;
- - 1, 5 Art. spoons of brandy;
- - 130 g of honey;
- - 100 g of sugar;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sesame seeds;
- - a pinch of salt and soda.
Instructions
Step 1
Combine eggs, sugar, salt, baking soda and cognac in a cup. Add flour and knead a very tough dough. Let it rest for 15 minutes, then roll it into a thin cake and cut into short strips.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil in a deep fat fryer, add dough and fry until golden brown. Put the prepared straws on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
Step 3
Melt the honey in a separate saucepan and pour over the fried straws. Add chopped walnuts and mix well.
Step 4
Place the mixture on a plate, shaping the cake. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and refrigerate for 3 hours.
