As a hearty snack for the festive table, you can serve chicken roll with colorful filling. According to this recipe, chicken roll turns out to be gorgeous in both taste and appearance. Only bell pepper must be taken in two colors - red and yellow.
It is necessary

- - 80 g mozzarella cheese;
- - 2 sweet peppers (yellow and red);
- - a bunch of parsley;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - 1 teaspoon of oregano;
- - salt pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the peppers from seeds and partitions, bake in the oven at 190 degrees. 30 minutes will be enough. Remove the baked peel pepper, cut into strips.

Rinse chicken breasts, dry, beat off. Try to make the fillet pieces rectangular in shape.

Take five slices of bacon, place them next to a little overlap. Better to take store-bought thin slices. The bacon slices should be slightly larger than the breast slices.
