- thin pita bread - 1 sheet,
- hard cheese - 50 g,
- sausages - 4 pcs.,
- potatoes - 4 pcs.,
- parsley or dill greens - a bunch,
- vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons,
- butter - 1 tablespoon,
- salt and pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the potatoes, peel, boil in salted water. Drain the water from the pot with the finished potatoes, add butter and pepper. Make mashed potatoes.
Chop the greens finely, pour into mashed potatoes, mix.
Step 2
Cut the large pita bread into 4 rectangles. One side should line up with the side of the sausage, the other about 12 cm.
Step 3
Place mashed potatoes on each piece of pita bread, spread over the entire area. Make the layer thin.
Step 4
Sprinkle finely grated cheese on top of the potatoes. Next, lay the sausage and roll into a roll.
Step 5
Fry four rolls of pita bread and sausages in hot vegetable oil on all sides. If frying isn't your way, microwave the rolls. A quick breakfast of delicious lavash with sausage is ready.
