This salad is perfect for those who like garlic, hearty food and a quick dish. It can be served as an independent dish, or as a side dish for meat / fish in small quantities. An interesting solution would be to add croutons with salt or garlic to the salad before serving the dish.
It is necessary
- - 200 g of red beans;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 200 g of champignons;
- - 200 g chicken breast;
- - 15 g of fresh dill;
- - 3 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the beans (if from a can, check for pod residues).
Step 2
Peel the skin of the chicken breast, put it in a saucepan with a high side, fill it whole with running water and cook over medium heat for 30-40 minutes. Cool the finished chicken breast and cut into cubes.
Step 3
If you are using raw mushrooms, rinse well beforehand. Then cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil for 15-20 minutes. If you have canned mushrooms, just cut them.
Step 4
Rinse the dill, chop finely. Combine beans, dill, chicken breast and mushrooms.
Step 5
Squeeze the garlic into a separate container and mix with mayonnaise. Season the cooked ingredients with the sauce. Season to taste.
