How to make the dough
Add baking soda to the flour and knead the dough on the table. Put the flour in a heap with a depression, gradually add water and 2 proteins. Stir gently and add flour slowly. The mass should become homogeneous. Divide the resulting dough into 2 parts, form small cakes and roll them out thinly. You can use any cheese for the filling, but it turns out very tasty with feta cheese. Gently knead the cheese, add 2 yolks, butter and mix.
