Natural apple cider vinegar contains very useful acids, vitamins, amino acids, minerals, trace elements. Apple cider vinegar is rich in potassium. It is used in cosmetology, cooking, animal husbandry, folk medicine and many other industries. Apple cider vinegar can be made with fresh apples and dried fruits.

Instructions
Step 1
Wash the apples well, remove the damaged areas and grate on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Put the apple pulp in a glass jar and dilute with warm boiled water (take 800 g of apple pulp for 1 liter of water).

For each liter of water, add 100 grams of honey or sugar, 10 grams of yeast.

Do not close the jar for the first ten days, stir occasionally.

Then transfer the apple mass to a gauze bag and squeeze well.

Strain the resulting juice.

For each liter of juice, add 100 grams of honey or sugar.
Step 8
Cover the jar of juice with gauze and place in a dark place to continue the fermentation process. The juice should ferment for 50-60 days.
Step 9
Then the finished vinegar must be filtered through cheesecloth and bottled. Cork the vinegar bottles tightly.
Step 10
Store the vinegar in a cool place.
