Instructions

Step 1

Take the fir needles along with thin twigs without shoots and cut them one to one and a half centimeters long.

Fill a two-liter jar with this fir cut, but not to the very edges, and not reaching them by four to five centimeters.

Step 2

Then pour any vegetable oil you have into the jar to this level. Close the jar with the needles with an iron lid (no rubber band) and place it in the saucepan. Previously, some thin splinters or twigs should be placed on the bottom of this pan.

Step 3

Fill a saucepan up to the middle with water, close it with a lid and put on a fire to boil. Wait until the water boils, then reduce the heat and leave the pan to stand on such a heat for five hours. During the process, do not forget to monitor the water level from time to time so that as it boils off, add new water.

Step 4

After five, remove the pan from the heat, remove the jar of pine needles from it, pour the resulting oil into another jar. Squeeze the needles well and set them aside or discard them. Fill the jar with fir slices again and fill it with the same oil that you boiled for five hours and drained.

Step 5

Repeat the boiling procedure: put the jar in a saucepan filled to the middle with water, and boil the needles again over low heat for five hours. Then drain the resulting fir oil and pour it into sealed glass containers (for example, vials).

Step 6

Fir oil has a strong bactericidal effect, so it can be used in the treatment of infectious and colds, pneumonia, bronchitis, laryngitis, pharyngitis, tracheitis, flu, sore throat, ARVI, sinusitis, sinusitis, rhinitis, otitis media.
