If you are a fan of Indian food, then you will love the delicious spicy potato muffins. They will become the main dessert of any festive table or brighten up rainy autumn evenings.
It is necessary
- For 12 cupcakes:
- - 2 whole chicken eggs
- - 1 glass of sweet young potatoes
- - ¼ cup peanut butter
- - 1 tablespoon plain yogurt
- - 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- - 1 glass of almonds
- - 2 teaspoons of baking soda
- - ½ teaspoon baking powder
- - 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- - 1 and ½ teaspoon garam masala (Indian spices)
- - 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
- - 1 teaspoon of salt
- - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- - ½ glass of cocoa
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 280 degrees before cooking. Prepare baking dishes in advance and grease them from the inside with butter. Break 2 eggs into a large bowl and beat with a fork until light foam forms.
Step 2
Boil the potatoes, peel and puree. Add peanut butter, yogurt, maple syrup, and puree to a bowl.
Step 3
Add all remaining ingredients (except cocoa). Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk or fork.
Step 4
In pre-prepared baking dishes, pour out the entire mass from the bowl. Do not fill each dish to the brim, as the cupcakes will rise significantly during baking.
Step 5
Bake the muffins for 20-25 minutes at 250 degrees. When done, remove the muffins and let cool. Then sprinkle with cocoa or chocolate chips.
Step 6
Carefully remove the muffins from the baking dish and transfer to a serving plate. Recommended for use as a dessert or as a snack.
