Fish with vegetables is a healthy and tasty dish. I propose to cook a great fish soufflé in a slow cooker. The dish is prepared quickly and easily. The indicated amount of ingredients is enough for 4 servings.

It is necessary

  • - salmon fillet - 300 g;
  • - lemon - 1 pc.;
  • - dill (greens) - 30 g;
  • - carrots - 1 pc.;
  • - zucchini - 0.5 pcs.;
  • - leeks - 20 g;
  • - tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • - garlic - 2 cloves;
  • - salt - 0.5 tsp;
  • - vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • - olive oil - 30 ml.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the salmon fillet with water, cut into pieces.

Step 2

Rinse the dill with water, remove the coarse stems and chop finely. Combine the salmon fillet, dill, juice of half a lemon, grind the mixture with a blender.

Step 3

Cut the carrots and zucchini into pieces. Fry lightly in vegetable oil. Finely chop the leeks. Combine minced fish with vegetables and onions. Mix well.

Step 4

Lubricate the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil, put the minced fish with vegetables. Cook on Steam for 10 minutes. The soufflé is ready.

Step 5

Cooking the sauce. Dip the tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds, remove the peel. Peel the garlic. Grind tomatoes with garlic with a blender, salt, add olive oil and a little lemon juice. The sauce is ready.
