The salad is unusual in taste, although the products are quite simple. This dish will be very popular with fish and seafood lovers, as the salad contains both herring and crab sticks. The combination of mushrooms, herring and crab sticks gives the salad a unique taste.
It is necessary
- - 100 g of champignons;
- - 1 lightly salted herring;
- - 1 onion;
- - 150 g of crab sticks;
- - 1 beet;
- - 2 eggs;
- - use red and black caviar for decoration,
- - add mayonnaise to taste;
- - 2-3 tbsp. vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Free the herring fillet from the bones with tweezers. Arrange the fillet in small cubes.
Step 2
Cook eggs and beets until tender. Grate both separately.
Step 3
Finely chop the champignons, onions, previously peeled and washed, fry everything in a pan in a small amount of hot vegetable oil.
Step 4
Chop the crab sticks into small cubes.
Step 5
On a large dish, all the ingredients are laid out in layers, alternating each with a layer of mayonnaise: pieces of herring, sautéed onions and mushrooms, grated eggs, chopped crab sticks and grated beets.
Step 6
Coat the last layer with mayonnaise. Optionally, you can decorate with two types of caviar (black and red).
Step 7
Send the prepared salad to the refrigerator for about an hour. Then you can decorate the edges of the salad with finely chopped herbs and serve.
