The fastest and healthiest dish is casseroles, which are subdivided into subspecies. They can be vegetable, dairy and meat. Casseroles made from vegetables are well absorbed by the body and have a positive effect on the entire digestive system. For casseroles, beat only fresh egg whites while they are still stringy and better retain air bubbles. The degree of doneness of the casserole can be checked with a special wooden stick. It is better to bake in a deep pan with high sides. In order not to interfere with the rise of the casserole, it is better not to open the oven door.
