Stuffed zucchini cooked in a slow cooker is not just a tasty dish, but also healthy. In the preparation of stuffed zucchini, a minimum of salt is used, which is very beneficial for our body. Such a delicious dish is perfect for a hearty dinner or lunch.
It is necessary
- - 1 zucchini long enough to fit in the multicooker bowl
- - 250 g assorted minced meat (pork, beef)
- - 2-2, 5 tbsp. rice
- - 1 onion
- - 2 tomatoes
- - salt pepper
- - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- - herbs to decorate the dish
Instructions
Step 1
We rinse the zucchini under running water. Then we cut off the ends on both sides and cut them lengthwise into two halves. Remove the core with a tablespoon.
Step 2
Cut the zucchini core into cubes. Rinse the tomato under water and cut into small pieces. Peel the onions and also cut them into small cubes.
Step 3
Pour the required amount of refined vegetable oil into the bowl of the multicooker, and this is 1 tablespoon, and add half of the chopped vegetables (zucchini, tomato, onion).
Step 4
Add raw rice to the minced meat, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly. Fill two halves of the zucchini with minced meat with rice.
Step 5
Put the two halves in a slow cooker right on top of the vegetables, and pour the remaining half of the vegetables on top. We turn on the baking mode. The duration of this regime is one hour.
Step 6
After the sound signal, we remove the finished zucchini on a plate, and pour the resulting vegetable sauce on top. Sprinkle with fresh chopped herbs on top.
