  • - 200 g of cottage cheese;
  • - 100 g of cookies (anniversary or tea);
  • - 50 g of chopped walnuts;
  • - 50 g of cocoa powder;
  • - 1 bag of vanillin;
  • - 50 g of sugar;
  • - 120 g of dark chocolate.

Instructions

Step 1

Coarsely grind the walnuts in a blender or coffee grinder. You can also grind them by hand using a ceramic mortar. Grind the cookies very finely, it should be similar in consistency to coarse flour.

Step 2

Take a deep bowl and stir in it: cottage cheese, yogurt, sugar, vanillin and cocoa powder. The mixture should be smooth and lump-free. For better mixing, you can add quite a bit of boiled water.

Step 3

Add the nuts to the mixture and stir. Take a blender with a large bowl and put the mixture in it, add the cookies, mix everything. You need to mix quickly for no more than 1.5 minutes at maximum speed.

Step 4

Form small sausages from the mixture and place them neatly on a sheet or flat dish so that they do not touch each other. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

Step 5

Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath. Dip each sausage in chocolate and cool again. You can eat after 20 minutes.
