Step 1

Heat the water to a temperature of 37 degrees, pour it into a bowl and add yeast there. Mix thoroughly until complete dissolution.

In a bowl with yeast and water, beat in eggs, mix. Then slowly add flour, mix again and add butter. Knead the dough. Fold the dough into an envelope.

Close the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and let it brew for half an hour. Then take out the dough and fold it over once again in an envelope. Leave the dough for an hour at room temperature.

Fold the dough two more times at intervals of thirty minutes.
