  • 2 eggs;
  • 1 glass of milk;

  1. First you need to cook homemade soup. To do this, rinse the meat well, fill it with three liters of cold water. Put the saucepan on fire, bring to a boil. Then remove the foam with a slotted spoon, cook over low heat for 45 minutes. It remains to add salt, black peppercorns, bay leaf and cook for another 20 minutes.
  2. While the meat and water turn into a fragrant broth, you need to cook the dumplings. Their value is that they contain carbohydrates that will help you quickly feel full. But since the broth itself contains few calories, this dish belongs to the lungs.
  3. Whisk in butter, egg and salt, then add milk and whisk a little more. Now pour the sifted flour into this mass and knead the dough thoroughly. Cover it so it doesn't dry out.
  4. Remove the meat from the finished broth, cool it, cut into pieces. Strain the rich liquid, put it back on fire. When the broth boils, add the diced potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. It's time to shape the dumplings. Place a glass of water next to you, periodically lower a spoon here, then use it to take the dough and put it in the boiling broth. Cook the soup for another 10 minutes, then place the slices of meat in it and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve this dish with sour cream, sprinkle with chopped herbs.

  • 600 g of chicken;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 1 onion;

  • 2 tbsp. l. semolina.

  • a pinch of salt.

Rinse a piece of chicken, dip it in cold water. Put the broth on fire. After boiling, remove the foam and cook for 40 minutes. Peel the onion and chop it, coarsely grate the carrots. Cut the peeled potatoes into cubes.

Remove the chicken from the broth, put the prepared vegetables in its place and cook them for a quarter of an hour. During this time, you can make ordinary but delicious dumplings.   2. Fry the chopped onions in vegetable oil in a skillet until they become translucent. Then add the tomato paste and stir. Simmer this dressing for about 6 minutes. Don't skip this step, as frying tomato paste over low heat is a trick that will allow the soup to have a more beautiful rich color.
  3. To further make a successful and original dish, put the tomato dressing in the boiling broth, cook for another 10 minutes. Prepare the dumplings. The presented proportions of ingredients for them will make it possible to make an elastic pliable dough. Mix all the ingredients for the dumplings, then cover the dough with a towel and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  4. Now you can put the pieces of dough into the broth. They live up to their name. After all, you will tear them off from the main piece of dough. After about 5-6 minutes, the dumplings will float in the boiling broth, after another couple of minutes you can remove the soup from the heat. It remains to finely chop the herbs and garlic, add some of these vegetables to the plate for each gourmet and pour the soup with dumplings here.

Put water on fire. Mix flour, eggs, cottage cheese, melted cheese and salt into a dough. Roll it into a sausage and cut into small circles. Dip the resulting dumplings in boiled water, cook them for 5 minutes.

Heat the milk. Pour it into portioned bowls, add a little butter and dumplings, which you remove from the boiling water with a slotted spoon, to each one.

Buckwheat mushroom soup

Take for dumplings:

  • 3 potatoes;
  • 4 tbsp. l. flour;
  • 1 egg;

For soup you will need:

  • 1 chicken fillet;
  • 250 g champignons;
  • 1 bay leaf;
  • 0.5 cups buckwheat;
  • vegetable oil;
  • greens;
  • salt.

Cut the mushrooms into slices, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, chop the onion. First, fry the mushrooms in a pan in vegetable oil, then add salt, onions and carrots. Cook for another 5 minutes.

To make a dumpling dough, take a potato boiled in a jacket, peel it, mash it. Add the rest of the dumplings here and stir.
