According to legend, the recipe for this simple yet delicious dish was once invented by the famous seducer Giacomo Casanova. True or not, it is not known for certain, but the taste of shrimp cooked in white wine with aromatic herbs will definitely not leave anyone indifferent.

- - 465 g zucchini;
- - 5 cloves of garlic;
- - 115 ml of dry white wine;
- - 165 g of greens;
- - 95 g of green salad;
- - 75 ml of olive oil;
- - 35 ml of soy sauce.
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, tiger prawns should be peeled and boiled in lightly salted water, and then cooled.
Step 2
Mix soy sauce with white wine, then add a little black pepper, mix thoroughly. Pour the prepared shrimps with this mixture, leave to marinate for about 1 hour.
Step 3
Peel the zucchini, wash, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces.
Step 4
Heat olive oil in a deep skillet. Peel 2 cloves of garlic, chop and lightly fry until golden brown in olive oil. Then remove the fried garlic from the pan.

Put chopped zucchini in the resulting garlic oil and fry it for about 15 minutes over medium heat. It should turn out to be lightly toasted, then remove it and transfer it to a separate bowl.
Step 6
In the same oil, fry the washed and finely chopped basil and parsley. After 10 minutes, add about 60 ml of wine to the herbs, and then transfer the pickled shrimps to the pan.
Step 7
After all this mixture has boiled, put the zucchini in the pan and continue cooking them for 5 minutes.
