Wheat groats are rich in carbohydrates, fiber, micro and macro elements, B vitamins. One of the beneficial properties of this cereal is the ability to lower cholesterol levels in the body. By including wheat cereal porridge in your diet, you will improve immunity and digestion.
It is necessary
- - 1 tbsp. wheat groats;
- - 2 glasses of water;
- - 50 g dry mushrooms;
- - 1 large carrot;
- - 1 medium onion;
- - 50 g of vegetable oil;
- - salt to taste;
- - greens.
Instructions
Step 1
Soak dry mushrooms in hot water and leave to infuse, after an hour remove them from the liquid, dry and chop finely. Coarsely grate the carrots and dice the onion.
Step 2
Scald the cereals with boiling water, drain the water and rinse several times under running cold water. Then put it in a saucepan and cover with two glasses of cooking water, salt, cover and put on low heat. Cook for about 20 minutes under the lid, then remove it and bring the porridge until cooked.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the carrots and onions in it until golden brown. Then add mushrooms to the vegetables and simmer until tender.
Step 4
Arrange the prepared porridge on plates, top with stewed mushrooms with vegetables and garnish with dill or parsley.
