Baked potatoes with parmesan cheese really amaze with their wonderful taste and ease of preparation!
- potatoes - 4 pcs.
- oil - 200 g
- Parmesan cheese - 200 g
- vegetable oil
- cream (thick) - 120 ml
- hard cheese - 120 g
- salt to taste.
(Ingredients are based on two servings)
Take 4 medium potatoes and wash them thoroughly.
Carefully make vertical cuts with the knife. The incision must be made not completely, leaving a small part intact.
Cut the butter and parmesan cheese into small pieces. Insert them into the potato incisions one at a time.
Place the potatoes on a greased baking sheet. Next, place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
While the potatoes are baking, grate 120 g of hard cheese.
After the indicated time has elapsed, remove the potatoes and pour over the cream. Then sprinkle with grated hard cheese on top and place in the oven for another 15 minutes.
Garnish with herbs before serving.
