No need to cook complicated cakes and suffer with creams, there is an easier option. Prepare charlotte with pears and enjoy the peace and singing of birds outside the window.

- - sugar - 80 grams,
- - white wheat flour - 80 grams,
- - ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon,
- - baking powder for dough - half a teaspoon,

Instructions
Step 1
Break the eggs into a bowl. Add 65 grams of sugar (preferably cane sugar) and a pinch of salt to the eggs.
Beat eggs with sugar and salt with a mixer until fluffy. Eggs should be at room temperature, so the sugar will dissolve faster.
Step 2
Mix the sifted flour with half a teaspoon of baking powder. Add the dry mixture to the eggs. Stir in the flour gently, the dough should be airy.
Transfer the resulting dough to a baking dish lined with a sheet of parchment.
Step 3
Peel the pears. Cut the peeled pears in half and remove the core.
Step 4
Mix the rest of the sugar with the cinnamon and dip the pears in this mass on the flat side.
Dip the sugar-coated pears into the dough, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon on top.
Step 5
We preheat the oven to 180 degrees. We put our charlotte in the oven and bake for 35 minutes until a beautiful ruddy color. We check the readiness of the charlotte with a wooden stick.
