Instructions

Step 1

First of all, we prepare the filling for the envelopes. Peel and cut the pears into small cubes. In a saucepan, mix sugar and a little water, lay out the pear pieces, cook them in syrup for 8 minutes.

Step 2

We spread the filo dough on the work surface, grease it with melted butter, cut it into equal small squares with a sharp knife.

Step 3

Put the cooled pieces of pear in the center of each square and fold the corners to make envelopes. We lay them out on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.

Step 4

Beat an egg in a plate with a fork and lightly grease each envelope with it. We bake the dessert in the oven for 5-6 minutes at a temperature of 190C until golden brown. Crispy envelopes with delicate pear filling are ready!
