It is necessary

  • - 1 tbsp. oatmeal;
  • - 1 medium ripe banana;
  • - 0.25 cups of your favorite nuts;
  • - 0.25 cups brown raisins;
  • - 0.5 tbsp. brown sugar;
  • - 1 tbsp. liquid honey;
  • - 0.5 tsp vanilla extract;
  • - 10 g of peanut butter;
  • - a pinch of salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse and dry the raisins first. Chop the nuts into medium or coarse crumbs - whichever you prefer.

Step 2

Mash the banana in mashed potatoes with a fork or crush. Mix peanut butter, liquid honey with banana, stir until smooth and microwave for 40-60 seconds. Stir again and add vanilla extract.

Step 3

Separately mix ground nuts with a pinch of salt, oatmeal and brown sugar. Add banana and rub with your hands to make small lumps.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Line a baking dish with parchment and put the mass on it. Put in the oven for half an hour or until golden brown (it may take 40 minutes, depending on the oven). Stir the granola every 10 minutes.

Step 5

Pour raisins into ready-made muesli and mix. Cool and transfer to a tightly closed container. Can be stored at room temperature. Serve filled with yogurt, milk or juice, or you can eat it just like that, as a snack.
