Delicious and aromatic buns made from shortcrust yeast dough with strawberry jam will conquer any gourmet. Instead of strawberries, you can use any fruit or berry puree or jam.

- - 250 g margarine;
- - 750-1000 g flour;
- - 250 ml of milk;

- - 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;

- - 120 g of strawberry jam;
- - strawberries (whole in syrup).
Instructions
Step 1
Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm milk and leave for 5 minutes. Add egg, salt, mix well. Grate margarine, grind with flour. Pour in yeast and knead the dough. Cover the dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll them into round layers 0.5-0.8 cm thick. The circles can be cut with a glass in an even number and divide them in pairs. Put the filling on the bottom circle, and brush the edges with water so that the circles stick together better and the filling does not flow during baking.
Step 3
Cut out hearts or flowers on the upper circle with a mold, cover the circle with the filling, lightly press the edges so that they stick together. Thus, do with all the dough circles.
Step 4
Make long strands of dough equal to the circumference of the circle and place on the edges of the buns. Make notches in a circle with scissors on the tourniquets and turn them in the opposite direction, slightly pressing down. Do this with all the buns.
Step 5
Brush the buns with a beaten egg and place a whole strawberry in the cutout hole. Bake the rolls in the oven at 190 ° C for 20 minutes.
