It will take time to make this cake, but the result will be worth it. The cake is perfect for a children's party.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 3 tbsp. flour;
- - 2, 5 tbsp. Sahara;
- - 500 g of fermented baked milk;
- - 150 g margarine.
- - 6 eggs;
- - 1 pack. baking powder;
- - 1 pack. vanillin.
- For the layer:
- - 2 kiwi;
- - 3 bananas;
- - 600 g of crackers;
- - 1 ban. condensed milk;
- - 1 pack. sour cream;
- - 300 g sl. oils;
- - 1 pl. dark chocolate.
- Cream 1:
- - 200 g sl. oils;
- - 1 ban. condensed milk.
- Cream 2:
- - 450 g sour cream;
- - 2 tbsp. Sahara.
- Cream 3:
- - 4 squirrels;
- - 1 tsp. lim. acids;
- - 2 tbsp. sah. powder.
Instructions
Step 1
Melt margarine over low heat. Beat eggs. Combine all the ingredients for the dough, mix thoroughly and knead the dough.
Step 2
Next, divide the dough in two. Add cocoa (4 tsp) to one flat part. Now you should bake the cakes, each for 30 minutes (at 200 degrees in the oven). Cut the cakes in half.
Step 3
For cream 1: Whisk together softened butter and condensed milk. Alternating one dark and one white cakes, coat them with cream. Place a layer of cookies on top.
Step 4
For cream 2: whisk the sour cream with sugar. Spread the resulting cream over the biscuit layer. Then lay on top in layers: bananas (cut into circles); cookies; cream; bananas. Lay it all out until there is nothing left. The last layer should be the kiwi (cut into cubes).
Step 5
Put the remnants of the dark and white cakes on top of the kiwi layer, and then brush them with cream 1.
Step 6
Next, cut out the head and body of the animal with a knife. Feet can be made from leftover trimmings.
Step 7
Beat whites, add powder, acid and food coloring (this is for cream 3). Brown and orange are good for the stripes, pink for the nose and ears, and white for the face and chest. Sprinkle the coconut on the cake and outline the outlines with chocolate.
