  • For the sauce:
  • baked milk - 250 ml,
  • condensed milk - 250 grams,
  • milk of 3% fat content - 100 ml.

  • heavy cream - 200 ml,
  • vanilla sugar - 10 grams.

Step 1

We take out the butter from the refrigerator, cut off a piece (120 grams) and leave for 20 minutes at room temperature, during which time it will become soft.

Beat the butter for two minutes. Continuing to beat, add eggs, two types of sugar and a pinch of salt in turn (it is better to use fine sea salt). Stir until smooth.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cover the baking dish with parchment.

When whipping the butter mass, pour in half of the warm milk in a thin stream. Add the sifted flour along with a teaspoon of baking powder, mix. Pour in the remaining warm milk and knead the dough until smooth.

Pour the dough into a baking dish and place in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes. The cake should brown. We take out the finished biscuit and leave for 20 minutes to cool.

In a bowl, mix three types of milk, whisk (leave a little condensed milk in a jar).

Fill the sponge cake with whipped milk, cover the form with foil and put in a cool place for several hours.

Lubricate the cake with condensed milk. Leave for 20 minutes to harden the layer.

Beat the cream with the addition of vanilla sugar (leave a little for decoration) until a good foam. Fill a pastry syringe with whipped cream and decorate the cake. Sprinkle with vanilla sugar.
