Grilled salmon with vegetables is a fairly dietary dish that is suitable for a healthy diet. It is delicious and light.

- - 500 g salmon
- - 100 g green peas
- - 100 g green beans
- - 1 large bell pepper
- - 1 lemon
- - several art. l. olive oil
- - 1 tsp mustard
- - 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- - salt, pepper, herbs to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the lemon in running water, cut it into 2 halves, squeeze the juice from one part. In a bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and mustard, mix well.
Step 2
Rinse the salmon fillet, cut it into medium flavorful pieces and place in the marinade that was prepared in the first step. Keep in the marinade for 1 hour.
Step 3
Grease a wire rack with vegetable oil, put the pickled salmon pieces on it, and then fry, turning constantly, so that the salmon is completely cooked.
Step 4
Rinse the raw vegetables, cut the bell pepper into small strips. Pour water into a saucepan, boil it, salt. Then add the peppers, peas and beans to the saucepan. When the vegetables are boiling, remove them with a slotted spoon.
Step 5
Put a ready-made piece of salmon on a plate, put a side dish of vegetables next to it, sprinkle everything with herbs and serve.
