  • - flour - 1/2 cup;
  • - cocoa - 3 tablespoons;
  • - baking powder for dough - 1 teaspoon;
  • - butter - 2 tablespoons;
  • - brown sugar - 1/2 cup + 1/3 cup;
  • - vanilla sugar - 1 teaspoon;
  • - milk - 1/4 cup;
  • - cream 35% - 100 g.

Instructions

Step 1

Remove the raspberries from the freezer and leave to defrost at room temperature. As soon as this happens, it is necessary to divide it into 2 parts and rub one of them through a sieve. You should end up with about 3/4 cup of juice.

Step 2

Combine the following ingredients in one bowl: flour, a tablespoon of cocoa and baking powder. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 3

Place the butter in a separate cup and whisk. Then add half a glass of brown sugar and vanilla sugar to it. Stir the resulting mixture until it turns into a homogeneous mass.

Step 4

Gradually add the flour and milk mixture to the sugar and butter mass. Whisk thoroughly. The result is a dough.

Step 5

Place a sheet of parchment on a baking dish, and on it, respectively, the dough. Put the berries and raspberry juice on the dough. Mix the remaining sugar with the cocoa. Pour the resulting mixture onto a future dessert.
