It is necessary
- On a detachable form 18 cm:
- - 190 g of chocolate chip cookies;
- - 115 g of butter;
- - 2, 25 tsp powder gelatin;
- - 300 g of soft cream cheese;
- - a pinch of vanillin;
- - 2 tbsp. Sahara;
- - 225 ml cream, 33% fat
- - 2 Mars bars.
Instructions
Step 1
Remove the butter from the refrigerator beforehand to soften. Send the biscuits to the bowl of the kitchen processor and chop. If you don't have a combine, just put it in a bag, wrap it in a towel and beat it with a hammer or roll a rolling pin over it. Combine cookies with butter and place in a baking dish. Tamp the bottom of a regular faceted glass and put it in the refrigerator for an hour.
Step 2
Pour 75 ml of water over the gelatin and soak according to the instructions. Then dissolve over low heat, but never boil!
Step 3
Whisk cream cheese with a pinch of vanillin or a drop of vanilla essence and sugar. Whisk the chilled cream separately. Chop the chocolate bars with a knife.
Step 4
Add gelatin to cream cheese with sugar, beat. Add cream, stir. Add the pieces of "Mars" and mix. Place on a base of chocolate chip cookies and refrigerate overnight.
