Chicken fillet in combination with peanuts gives the dish a rich taste and appetizing appearance.

- - 1.5 kg chicken fillet
- - 350 ml chicken broth
- - 3 tbsp. white wine
- - 7 tbsp. starch
- - 200 g of peanuts
- - 5 cloves of garlic
- - 1 leek
- - 5 tbsp. soy sauce
- - 50 g green onions
- - 9 egg whites
- - 1 tsp grated ginger
- - 5 tbsp. Sahara
- - 5 tbsp. rice vinegar
- - 2 tsp salt
- - 2 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the meat into large cubes.
Step 2
In a separate cup, combine the egg whites, salt, and a little starch. Mix everything until smooth. There should be no lumps. Mix everything with meat. Send it to the refrigerator and wait about an hour.
Step 3
Cut the leek into small pieces, chop the green onion finely, chop the ginger and garlic.
Step 4
Toast the peanuts in a dry skillet. Set aside.
Step 5
Heat the peanut or corn oil in a wok. Then heat the meat very strongly and grill the meat until golden brown in medium portions.
Step 6
Cook the ginger and garlic in the oil left over from frying the meat for about 1 minute. Then add 2 types of onions and cook for another minute.
Step 7
Pour in the broth, wine, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar, stirring in, cook for a couple of minutes.
Step 8
Stir 1 tablespoon of starch with equal amount of water and tighten the sauce until thick. Add sesame oil. Return the meat and peanuts to the pan. Mix gently.
