It is necessary

  • For the test:
  • - cottage cheese - 150 g;
  • - sugar - 50 g;
  • - egg - 1 piece;
  • - salt - a pinch;
  • - vegetable oil - 6 tablespoons;
  • - baking powder for dough - 2 teaspoons;
  • - flour - 200-300 g.
  • For filling:
  • - eggs - 2 pcs;
  • - sugar - 100 g;
  • - semolina - 50 g;
  • - cottage cheese - 100 g;
  • - vanillin - 1 sachet;
  • - grapes - 400 g.

Instructions

Step 1

The first step is to prepare the dough for the future grape pie. To do this, pass the cottage cheese either through a meat grinder or through a sieve. If you use the latter, then it is better to do this procedure at least 2 times. Add granulated sugar, vegetable oil, as well as salt and an egg to the resulting mass. Then add the baking powder sifted together with flour to the same place. Knead the dough using a mixture of these ingredients. Wrap it with cling film and place in the cold for about 30 minutes.

Step 2

Place the egg whites and yolks in separate cups. Beat the first in a separate bowl, first until light foam. Then add 50 grams of granulated sugar and beat again, but this time until stable peaks. Combine the second with the remaining sugar, mix thoroughly. To the resulting mass, enter the cottage cheese passed through a sieve, as well as vanillin and semolina.

Step 3

Add whipped whites to the curd and egg mass. Mix everything gently so that the resulting mixture remains airy. The filling for the grape pie is ready.

Step 4

Remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll it into a rounded layer so that its size is enough to form the sides for the cake.

Step 5

Lubricate the cake pan and place the rolled layer on it, forming the sides. Then divide the filling into 2 equal parts, one of which lay out in an even layer on the dough. Cut the grapes and remove the seeds from it. Spread half of the chopped fruits evenly over the protein mass and press them into it. Pour the rest of the filling into the mold, and on it the remaining grapes.

Step 6

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees and place the dish in it to bake until its color turns golden, that is, for about 40 minutes.

Step 7

Cool the finished baked goods, then remove from the mold. Flora grape pie is ready! Garnish with grapes, cut into the shape of flowers, if desired.
