When there is no time at all, but you want something tasty and sweet, the recipe for this tiger roll will help out. It must be in the hostess's cookbook.

- - cocoa 1, 5 tbsp. spoons;
- - butter 20 g;

Instructions
Step 1
Separate the whites from the yolks first. Grind the yolks with granulated sugar until it is completely dissolved. Beat the whites with a pinch of sugar until they become a good foam. Mix flour with a spoonful of baking powder. Mix the yolk mixture with the flour. Then carefully stir in the whipped egg whites.
Step 2
Now you need to prepare the baking sheet. To do this, line it with baking parchment and lightly brush with oil. Next, put a small amount of dough into a pastry syringe or pastry bag. Approximately 100 g will be the white stripes of your tiger roll. Add cocoa to the remaining dough and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Use white dough to apply a random pattern, zigzags, or some kind of mesh to the parchment. Cover it gently with the chocolate dough, leveling it thinly over the entire baking sheet.
Step 4
Bake the sponge cake in a hot oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes. As soon as the blank for the roll is ready, roll it together with the paper into a roll and set aside until it cools completely.
Step 5
When the roll has cooled, unfold it and brush with your favorite jam. Then fold again, this time remembering to remove the paper. Cut into portions and serve with tea.
