It is necessary

  • - 6-7 potatoes
  • - 2 tbsp. serum
  • - ½ tbsp. sour cream
  • - carrot
  • - 2 pcs. bulbs
  • - 2 eggs
  • - 1 bunch of sorrel
  • - 1 bunch of parsley
  • - salt, pepper to taste
  • - vegetable oil

Instructions

Step 1

Peel and dice potatoes. Fill it with water 4 cm higher and put on fire. Wash, peel and chop the onion and sauté in a skillet until golden brown.

Step 2

Add carrots, peeled and cut into half rings, to the onion. After boiling the potatoes, season with salt. Add the sautéed sauce to the potatoes when they are ready.

Step 3

Pour sour cream over the whey and pepper the soup to taste. Whey is undeservedly forgotten by us, as it is rich in calcium and potassium. It has a good effect on the digestive process, cleanses the intestinal tract, and also removes toxins.

Step 4

Rinse the sorrel and cut into thin slices and add to the soup. Sorrel is boiled for literally 3-5 minutes, so it is added at the end of cooking.

Step 5

Wash the herbs and dry them in a towel or napkin. Chop it up and season the soup. Simmer the cabbage soup over low heat while the eggs are cooking.

Step 6

Boil eggs, peel and cut in half. In order to peel the eggs it was not difficult, after boiling, fill them with cold water for 5 minutes. The shell will come off very easily.

Step 7

Pour the soup into bowls, add sour cream when serving. Also rye croutons are perfect for this soup, of course, homemade, since they are oversaturated with spices and flavor enhancers from the store, they are more likely to harm, not benefit.
