Summer is the most wonderful time when vegetables and fruits ripen in the beds. From all this abundance, you can prepare a variety of dishes, and each will be useful in its own way. But in order to pamper your household with something especially tasty, you should prepare a sweet dessert from ripe berries. But even better if it is baked goods, for example, stuffed pancakes. It turns out delicious, satisfying and healthy!
It is necessary
- - flour 100 g
- - milk 150 ml
- - egg 2 pcs.

- - salt to taste
- - berry 400 g (strawberries, currants, raspberries, blueberries, lingonberries, etc.)
- - cottage cheese 200 g
- - sugar 2 tablespoons
- - vanilla sugar
- - cinnamon powder
- - lemon juice 1 tablespoon
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the berries thoroughly. Place them in a bowl of water acidified with lemon juice. Then drain the water and dry the berries thoroughly.

Place the curd in a bowl along with the sugar and mash well.

Combine the flour with a little milk and a pinch of salt, then stir in the remaining milk, stirring constantly. Add the beaten eggs to the mixture and mix well.

Grease a skillet with oil and heat it over the fire. Spoon the dough with a spoon. When the pancake is browned around the edges, turn it over and fry the other side for a couple of minutes.
Step 5
Combine cottage cheese with berries and mix everything thoroughly. Spread the resulting filling over the surface of the pancake and fold it neatly into an envelope.
Step 6
