It turns out delicious, satisfying and healthy!

  • - milk 150 ml
  • - egg 2 pcs.
  • - butter
  • - salt to taste
  • - berry 400 g (strawberries, currants, raspberries, blueberries, lingonberries, etc.)
  • - cottage cheese 200 g
  • - sugar 2 tablespoons
  • - vanilla sugar
  • - cinnamon powder
  • - lemon juice 1 tablespoon

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the berries thoroughly. Place them in a bowl of water acidified with lemon juice. Then drain the water and dry the berries thoroughly.

Step 2

Place the curd in a bowl along with the sugar and mash well.

Combine the flour with a little milk and a pinch of salt, then stir in the remaining milk, stirring constantly. Add the beaten eggs to the mixture and mix well.

Grease a skillet with oil and heat it over the fire. Spoon the dough with a spoon. When the pancake is browned around the edges, turn it over and fry the other side for a couple of minutes.
