It is necessary
- For ice cream:
- - 50 ml of any fermented milk products (fermented baked milk, varenets);
- - 150 ml of milk;
- - 50 g of round grain rice;
- - 1 small ripe banana;
- - 20 g dried cranberries;
- - 1 vanilla pod;
- - 2 mint leaves;
- - 20 g of grated chocolate;
- - 20 g of your favorite nuts;
- For the ice bowl:
- - 500 ml of water;
- - 1 lemon;
- - 2 mint leaves.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the milk with the contents of the vanilla pod. Pour rice into it and cook until tender. Cool down.
Step 2
Punch vanilla rice, nuts, cranberries, varenets, banana and mint leaves through a blender. If you want to feel the grains of rice, mix all the other ingredients first, and add the porridge at the very end. Transfer to a container convenient for freezing (it is better to cover it with cling film) and send to freeze.
Step 3
To make an ice bowl, take two bowls of different sizes. The walls of the larger one are laid out with sliced lemon slices and mint leaves. We put a smaller bowl in it and fill it with water. We send it to the freezer for at least 4 hours. To take out our frozen ice bowl, first pour hot water into a small bowl and take it out. Then turn the large bowl upside down and pour hot water over the bottom. Fill with rice ice cream, decorate with grated chocolate and serve! Bon Appetit!
