It is necessary

  • - pork - 900 g;
  • - fresh champignons - 300 g;
  • - fresh tomatoes - 3 pcs.;
  • - cheese - 150 g;
  • - onion - 1 pc.;
  • - milk - 1 l;
  • - butter - 100 g;
  • - premium flour - 3 tablespoons;
  • - greens - a bunch;
  • - salt and pepper - to taste;
  • - ground nutmeg - a pinch.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the Bechemel sauce first. To do this, use a saucepan or a comfortable heavy-bottomed skillet. Heat a bowl over medium heat with butter and flour. Stir until the oil dissolves.

Step 2

Add salt and nutmeg powder to foods. Continue stirring, work with a wooden spoon. Try to pour the milk into the thickened flour in a thin stream. Bring the sauce to a sour cream consistency. Remove the hot mass from the stove, add pepper to it, relying on your own taste.

Step 3

Next, wash the tomatoes and mushrooms. Cut them into wedges. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Rinse the meat in running water, dry slightly with kitchen napkins. Cut the pork into slices.

Step 4

Prepare a baking dish to further cook French food. Any silicone, glass, teflon-coated or ceramic will do.

Step 5

Spray the mold with water if it is made of silicone. Put the tomato slices in the first layer, brush them with a small layer of sauce. The second layer is mushrooms. Next is a layer of sauce. Then spread out the onion half rings, again a layer of sauce. The last row is pork slices. Pour white sauce over them and cover with foil.

Step 6

Bake Sound of France pork at 200 degrees. Cooking time is an hour and a half. Put the prepared casserole on a dish, serve.
