Delicious and aromatic shashlik is an ideal addition to outdoor recreation. On a river, at a summer cottage, at a picnic, a barbecue will be "on the topic" at any holiday, for treating dear guests or just quiet evening gatherings on the veranda (terrace) with the family.
It is necessary
- - 1.5 kg of pork or chicken,
- - 4 onions,
- - 300 ml of mineral sparkling water,
- - salt to taste,
- - 1 teaspoon of paprika.
- - 1 teaspoon of coriander,
- - 1 teaspoon of red ground pepper,
- - 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper,
- - lavrushka to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the meat, dry a little, cut into medium-sized pieces.
Step 2
Peel the onion, cut into half rings. Mix onion with meat, salt to taste. It is advisable to mash the onion half rings well in the palms so that it gives juice. Leave the meat aside for ten minutes.
Step 3
After ten minutes, add the listed spices to the meat. If desired, spices can be supplemented with your favorite ones (for example, suneli hops, rosemary, and so on). Pour the meat with mineral carbonated water, stir with your hands. Cover the shish kebab with a lid and refrigerate for 8-10 hours, preferably overnight.
Step 4
Light a fire or coals (whichever is more convenient for you). Skewer the marinated meat pieces. There is enough meat for 6 skewers. Grill the kebabs for about 20 minutes, turn occasionally so that they do not burn and bake evenly. Transfer the prepared kebab to a dish, garnish with fresh herbs and vegetables, serve hot.
