- - powdered sugar - 250 g;
- - cream - 200 g;
- - water - 300 ml;
- - vanillin - 1 sachet.
Instructions
Step 1
First, collect the petals of the plant. Just keep in mind that they should not be processed by something, otherwise you will simply get poisoned. Cut off the light part at their base. If this is not done, then the ice cream will taste bitter. Place the rose petals in a colander and shake them lightly. This procedure is necessary in order to get rid of the pollen.
Step 2
Pour water into a suitable sized saucepan and mix it with ingredients such as granulated sugar and vanillin. Mix everything as it should. Put the resulting syrup on fire. After boiling, cook it for 5 minutes.
Step 3
After thoroughly rinsing the rose petals under running fairly cold water, fill them with the resulting syrup. Stir the formed mass, and then remove it to the side until it cools completely.
Step 4
Whip the heavy cream with a mixer, then add it to the mass consisting of syrup and rose petals. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth. Place the resulting mixture in a suitable form, cover with a lid on top and send to the freezer for at least 6-8 hours. Do not forget to stir the future ice cream quickly every 30 minutes. If you don't, then instead of dessert, you will get an ice mass.
Step 5
Place the finished treat in glass glasses or bowls. Rose petal ice cream is ready!
