Delicious but unusual salad made from familiar products. The dressing is prepared with milk, due to which it acquires a fluid structure. Do not be afraid, the salad is perfectly digested, but if you still have concerns, you can take liquid sour cream instead of milk.
It is necessary
- - 150 g smoked mackerel;
- - 1 beet;
- - 2 potatoes;
- - 2 feathers of green onions;
- - 2-3 lettuce leaves;
- - 1 st. a spoonful of sour cream, milk, horseradish;
- - salt, a mixture of ground peppers.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the beets in advance with the potatoes, then cool, peel them. Cut both potatoes and beets for salad into thin slices.
Step 2
Rinse foxes of green salad thoroughly, dry on paper towels. Place the lettuce leaves on a serving dish, alternating between potato and beetroot slices on top.
Step 3
Cut the smoked mackerel into small slices and place on top of the vegetables on lettuce leaves.
Step 4
Prepare a salad dressing: mix sour cream with horseradish. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour in milk, mix thoroughly. For aroma, you can add some spicy dry herbs to your taste, although the dressing turns out to be quite aromatic as it is, perfectly complements the potato and beetroot salad.
Step 5
Pour the finished "Nevod" salad with plenty of milk dressing, stirring is optional. Chop the green onion finely with a sharp knife, sprinkle it on the salad. You can let the salad sit for half an hour, or you can serve it right away.
