Even ordinary offal can turn into a gourmet snack if you use your imagination. Try making a delicious cheesecake with chicken liver. Such a cupcake can be served on the festive table or have a quick breakfast before work.

It is necessary

  • For the liver mass:
  • - 500 g of chicken liver;
  • - 2 onions;
  • - 4 eggs;
  • - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of semolina;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of instant oatmeal.
  • For cheese mass:
  • - 150 g of cheese;
  • - 150 g of curd cheese;
  • - 2 eggs.

Instructions

Step 1

Fry the chicken liver in hot vegetable oil for 5 minutes. Peel two onions. Fry the onion separately and add it to the liver, chop these components with a blender.

Step 2

Add eggs, semolina, salt, oatmeal to the minced liver. Mix thoroughly. Pour half of the mixture into a muffin tin. Place in the oven for 5 minutes to set the top lightly, otherwise you will not be able to properly spread the next layer on top. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance.

Step 3

While the pan is in the oven, prepare the cheese layer. To do this, rub the cheese, add curd cheese to it and beat in 2 eggs. Mix thoroughly.

Step 4

Remove the baking dish from the oven, put the cheese mass on top of the liver layer, flatten. Lay out the leftover minced liver. Return the mold to the hot oven. Cook for about 45-50 minutes.

Step 5

Remove the finished liver cake with cheese from the oven, refrigerate without removing it from the mold. Then transfer to a flat dish, cut into thin slices. Serve as a snack or serve with breakfast with hot tea.
