The homeland of this dessert is Italy. Preparing panna cotta with strawberries is very simple. You can add any other fruits or berries you like.

- For four servings:
- - 200 ml cream 20%;
- - 200 g fresh strawberries;
- - 100 g of sugar;
- - 1 bag of gelatin;
- - icing sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Soak gelatin in cold water (150 ml), follow the instructions on the package.
Step 2
Put cream and sugar on the stove, pour in water (200 ml).
Step 3
Cook for 15 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly. At the end of cooking, add the swollen gelatin. You cannot boil.
Step 4
Grind the sugar and strawberries in a blender. You can add powdered sugar.
Step 5
Pour the resulting jelly mass into molds, put in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 6
When the jelly hardens, take the molds out of the refrigerator, dip them in hot water for a couple of seconds, take out the pannu cotta, garnish with strawberry sauce.
