Step 1
Rinse the head of cauliflower with cold water, remove the green leaves and disassemble into inflorescences.

Pour 1, 5 - 2 liters of water into a saucepan, add salt and bring to a boil. Dip the cauliflower inflorescences into the water. Wait for it to boil and boil for 5 minutes.

Drain the water. Sprinkle the cabbage lightly with lemon juice. Serve as a healthy, low-calorie side dish with any meat, fish or poultry meal.
Step 4
To cook the cauliflower as a stand-alone dish, use the oven. Prepare a baking dish, turn on and preheat the oven.
Step 5
Fold the boiled cauliflower inflorescences into the mold. Add half a glass of milk, a little vegetable oil.
Step 6
Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and bake in the oven over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and browned.
