Fruit salads are very healthy. With the onset of summer, the season of berries and fruits, you can safely experiment, creating different delicious dishes. Fruit salad will look very nice if served in pineapple. A gentle alcoholic dressing for it will conquer everyone with its aroma.
It is necessary
- One portion:
- - 1 small pineapple;
- - 50 g each of kiwi, banana, apples, orange;
- - 40 g of sugar;
- - 15 g butter;
- - 15 ml of vegetable oil;
- - whipped cream, vanilla caramel.
- Ingredients for dressing:
- - 50 g baby curd "Agusha";
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of creamy caramel liqueur.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the tail off the pineapple, select 4 cute leaves for decoration.
Step 2
Cut the pulp out of the pineapple to form a salad dish.
Step 3
Take baby curd - it is more tender. Add liquor to it, stir. Do not add a lot of liquor - the consistency of the sauce should not be too liquid, otherwise it may leak from the pineapple.
Step 4
Peel the fruit, cut it, stir it, put it in the pineapple.
Step 5
Fry a few pieces of pineapple in a mixture of butter and vegetable oil, adding 1, 5 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar.
Step 6
Season the salad with a mild sauce. Top with caramelized pineapple.
Step 7
Garnish with whipped cream and pineapple leaves, and sprinkle with vanilla caramel.
